Lara, a cisgendered parent and counselor from western Canada, has been immersed in the mental health and wellness profession since 2006. With a dedicated passion for learning and listening, she serves as an ally to LGBTQ2S+ communities. Beyond her professional pursuits, Lara enjoys exploring the woods with her three children and partner, swimming in the ocean, and caring for her chickens.
